Nancy joined The Braff Group in 2010 as a Managing Director focused on transactions in the behavioral health industry, specializing in the areas of autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, mental health, at-risk youth, and acquired brain injuries. While serving as a Managing Director at Braff, Nancy completed twenty-five deals.  She has recently transitioned to the role of Senior Advisor.

Nancy has nearly 30 years of experience in the behavioral health sector. Prior to joining Braff, she was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development for Sevita (The MENTOR Network), one of the nation’s largest providers of behavioral health services. During her tenure at Sevita, she completed more than 60 acquisitions and divestitures. She also understands the industry as only an insider can, having begun her career teaching special education and later moving on to manage group homes for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and providing intensive case management services to individuals with mental health needs. She is an expert in Medicaid reimbursement, due diligence, and all regulatory matters which govern these populations.

Nancy holds a BS from Bradley University.
