September, 2014.  National pharmacy provider Walgreens divested its Bellingham, WA home health operations as part of long term strategy to shed non-core lines of business.  The location was acquired by EmpRes Healthcare Management, a WA based provider of senior housing including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, retirement communities, and more to better meet the needs of its residents.

In late 2012, Addus Homecare (NASDAQ:ADUS), a publicly traded homecare provider decided to divest its Medicare operations to focus primarily on Medicaid and other state funded paraprofessional services, and engaged The Braff Group.  The bulk of the business was sold to LHC Group (NASDAQ.LHCG) in 2013.  In a separate deal, the Harrisburg location was sold to Progressive Management.
