Successful sell-side transactions typically involve a rigorous process that begins long before a financial intermediary is engaged. This workshop is focused on building the timeline and milestones of a successful transaction including: pre-transaction personal and business tax and legal strategies; identifying, selecting and coordinating specialized advisors; building internal deal teams, external deal teams and an oversight team; developing and implementing a comprehensive M&A strategy; and addressing the complex personal issues that arise after a sale.
