Stephen joins The Braff Group from Price Waterhouse Coopers’ valuation practice in the Philadelphia office where he performed valuations for financial reporting, tax, business acquisition, and divestitures as well as other regulatory purposes for publicly traded companies with revenue up to $12 billion. While working at PwC his experience included working with clients across numerous industries including pharmaceuticals, life sciences and healthcare. Steve’s responsibilities included employing various valuation methods, dynamic financial model building, financial statement analysis, engagement management, and facilitating client communication about key requests and issues.

Steve holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School with concentrations in Corporate Valuation & Corporate Financial Management. He has earned the designation of CPA (Certified Public Accountant). Prior to obtaining his MBA, Steve graduated with a BS in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from Ohio University in Athens, OH.
