Ted Wickman has nearly 30 years of diverse business experience. Prior to joining The Braff Group in 2021, Ted was Founder and Executive Director of AHSA, LLC, a national health care vendor management solutions company, where he was responsible for process development, contract negotiation, team assembly, culture leadership, marketing, IT development, financial management and more. After nearly 15 years of building AHSA into one of the most recognizable pioneers in the health care staffing space, he successfully negotiated the sale of the business in 2018 in collaboration with The Braff Group.
Prior to founding AHSA, Ted worked within the direct health care staffing market including roles as General Manager and Director of Marketing with Professional Placement Resources in Jacksonville, FL. From 1991 to 2001, Ted served in a variety of capacities with New York-based International Paper Company, a then Fortune 50 worldwide corporation. This included extensive training and hands-on responsibility in the areas of sales, operations, logistics, IT integration, financial analysis and management.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The Florida State University.
