D&Y, a division of Team Health, acquired Psychiatrists Only, a national physician recruitment firm specializing in locum tenens & permanent placement of psychiatrists.  Team Health, one of the nation’s largest providers of outsourced health care professional staffing & administrative services acquired Psychiatrists Only in order to expand & diversify their specialty coverage.

Specialty Medical Group

Specialty Medical, a leading internet-based e-tailer of home medical equipment products and supplies was acquired by Guy Brown Products, a Tennessee based online seller of office supplies, furniture, and promotional merchandise.  The transaction leverages Guy Brown’s internet expertise and infrastructure and gives the firm a foothold in health care products and supplies.

The Harvard Drug Group, a portfolio company of HIG Capital, acquired The Letco Companies, a provider of turnkey solutions for pharmacies worldwide, specializing in respiratory and compounded, customized medications, as well as technology-driven diagnostics.

ATS Health Services

ATS Health Services, a provider of temporary nurse and allied health staffing services to hospitals, physician practices, home care, and other health care service providers was acquired by Crdentia, a growing and diversified provider of health care staffing solutions.  With 8 offices in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, the transaction fits nicely with Crdentia’s regional focus on Sun Belt markets.
