Heritage Healthcare Services, the largest independent provider of Medicare and non-Medicare personal care services in New Mexico, was acquired by The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. The transaction advances the Society’s plan to grow their home and community-based service offerings.

Harvey Home Health

Integrity Home Health, a Las Vegas based provider of Medicare certified home health services with two locations serving Nevada, was acquired by Encompass Home Health, a subsidiary of HealthSouth.  The transaction expands Encompass’s already strong presence in the western US.

Clarity Service Group

Clarity Service Group, a New Jersey based provider of treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, was acquired by Epic Health Services, a portfolio company of Webster Capital Management.  The transaction expands Epic’s capacity to serve this specialty population.

Jaysec Technologies

ResMed (NYSE:RMD), a manufacturer and distributor of respiratory medical devices, acquired Jaysec, a provider of Internet-based software solutions for the home medical equipment industry. The transaction furthers ResMed’s commitment to help its HME customers drive efficiencies and deliver positive patient outcomes.

Angels At Home Health Care

Angles At Home Health Care was acquired by Great Lakes Caring, a portfolio company of private equity sponsor Wellspring Capital Partners.  With locations in Illinois and Massachusetts, the transaction expands Great Lakes’ regional footprint eastward.

Focus Health

Focus Health, a home health services provider with 6 locations in southern California was acquired by Covenant Care, Inc., a large nursing home operator with locations in 7 states.  The transaction enables Covenant to offer a continuum of post-acute health care services.

Pri-Med, a Chicago based infusion therapy and home health provider was acquired by KabaFusion, a multi-site infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy provider serving more than 30 states across the country.  The acquisition provides KabaFusion with a base of operations to serve the Great Lakes region.

KabaFusion LLC acquired Pri Med Private Home Care, a Chicago-based provider of pharmaceutical home infusion services.

InfusionRx

InfusionRx, a California based provider of infusion therapy and specialty pharmacy services was acquired by Amerita, a division of institutional pharmacy provider Pharmerica Corporation (NYSE:PMC). The transaction is part of PharMerica’s ongoing strategy to expand its infusion therapy service offerings and market coverage.
