Barrett Kulik

Barrett is an Associate of The Braff Group in the Home Health, Home Care and Hospice group. In this role, he is responsible for helping with the comprehensive representation of each client throughout the entire transaction process including pre-market due diligence, buyer development, marketplace presentation, deal negotiation, contract finalization, and closing.

Prior to joining Braff, Barrett was an analyst at Leerink Partners, a leading mid-market healthcare investment bank in their Biopharma coverage group. During his time there, he executed over $1 Billion of transaction value including Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Follow-On offerings, and structured finance deals for both private and publicly traded biopharma companies with market caps up to $14 Billion. Prior to that, Barrett also has experience as an analyst at a boutique generalist M&A firm.

Barrett graduated with highest honors from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business with a concentration in Finance and a certificate in Accounting. He is involved in multiple workgroups of the Home Health Finance Management Association (HHFMA) and has published a TEDx talk.
