Karen Cullen

Karen Cullen joined The Braff Group in 2008 as part of the Business Development team. Prior to that, she spent over 20 years volunteering in various leadership and supporting roles in the schools and community. Among other roles, she served on the initial Mt. Lebanon school district Baldrige Quality Assessment team, and the resulting Quality Improvement-Staff Satisfaction team, developing a systematic approach for measuring employee satisfaction. Additionally, she served on the school board Ad Hoc Technology Committee, which was instrumental in propelling forward the district technology initiative. Karen also spent 10 years working in Human Resources in the healthcare and banking industries in Minneapolis and Kansas City.

Karen holds a BA from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
