Nancy Weisling

Nancy Weisling is a seasoned investment banker specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the behavioral health sector. As a Senior Advisor at The Braff Group, she leverages nearly 30 years of industry experience to provide strategic guidance on transactions involving autism services, intellectual and developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and mental health.

Previously, Nancy served as Managing Director at The Braff Group, where she led numerous transactions in the behavioral health sector. Prior to her Braff Group experience, she served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sevita (The MENTOR Network), one of the nation’s largest behavioral health providers. During her tenure, she spearheaded over 60 acquisitions and divestitures, demonstrating expertise in value creation, due diligence, and navigating regulatory requirements.

Nancy’s deep understanding of the sector is rooted in her early career, where she worked as a special education teacher and later managed programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her hands-on experience, combined with extensive knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement models and regulatory frameworks, makes her a trusted advisor in the health care investment space.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University.
