Steve Lichtenfels, MBA, CPA

Steve joined The Braff Group in 2020 as an analyst and became a Vice President in 2025. Steve collaborates closely with Managing Directors across all Company’s subsectors, supporting Finance and Managing Directors to ensure successful outcomes throughout the entire sale process.

Prior to The Braff Group Steve worked at PwC’s valuation practice in the Philadelphia office where he performed valuations for financial reporting, tax, business acquisition, and divestitures as well as other regulatory purposes for publicly traded companies with revenue up to $12 billion. While working at PwC his experience included working with clients across numerous industries including pharmaceuticals, life sciences and healthcare.

Steve holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School with concentrations in Corporate Valuation & Corporate Financial Management. He has earned the designation of CPA (Certified Public Accountant). Prior to obtaining his MBA, Steve graduated with a BS in Accounting, graduating Cum Laude from Ohio University in Athens, OH.
