Beneficial In-Home Care, Inc. acquired by Family Resource Home Care

PITTSBURGH, PA February 13, 2025 – Family Resource Home Care (“Family Resource”), a portfolio company of Great Point Partners announced last week the acquisition of Beneficial In-Home Care, Inc., (“Beneficial” or the “Company”), one of Eastern Washington’s largest home care agencies with six locations. This acquisition further strengthens Family Resource’s footprint in Washington and enhances its ability to serve more communities with compassionate, high-quality care. Combined, the two agencies will serve more clients in these markets than any other home care agency.

The Braff Group served as the exclusive financial advisor for Beneficial In-Home Care, Inc.
