Jess joined The Braff Group in 2021 as a member of the Business Development and Marketing team. Prior to that she taught in Albemarle County, Virginia for five years at Brownsville and Murray Elementary Schools. During her time out of the classroom, Jess continued to serve the school community through her various leadership positions, including developing the nonprofit, Nourishing Minds, whose mission was to provide food to underserved families in the community when school was not in session.

Jess holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.
