Karen Boze has over 30 years business experience with an emphasis in marketing.  She started the Business Development department for Braff  in 2002, tasked with developing a database and hiring a marketing team. She now heads Business Development and Marketing for the firm, as well as overseeing much of the daily running of the business.  Prior to The Braff Group, Karen worked in the Pittsburgh area on a consulting basis assisting local companies with development of their marketing strategies. Before moving to Pittsburgh, she was Vice President of Personnel for Niles Expanded Metals, a steel manufacturing firm located in Ohio, where she was also the first woman elected to the Board of Directors for the Trumbull County Industrial Management Association. Karen also worked for the Houston, TX location of The Wyatt Company (now known as Willis Towers Watson) an international actuarial firm.

Karen attended Kent State University at Trumbull.
