Pennsylvania-based Main Line Rehabilitation Associates sold to The MENTOR Network, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners, LP. The company provides home and community-based cognitive rehabilitation services to individuals with cognitive disabilities due to a neurological diagnosis, including acquired brain injury (ABI). The Braff Group served as the exclusive mergers and acquisitions advisor to Main Line.
