Addus, a publicly-traded company, acquired both locations of Alliance Home Health Care to enhance their geographic coverage of home health and hospice services in New Mexico. This acquisition follows an earlier acquisition they made in the state of Ambercare Corporation. The Braff Group originated the transaction and served as the exclusive mergers and acquisitions advisor to Alliance Home & Health Care.
